Movement and Maintenance – 6-Week Yoga for Runners Series

Our new 6-week series starts on Monday 20th July.
It’s a super-busy time of year and with summer holidays upon us we are about to get out of sync with our routines.
The focus for this series is low effort maintenance and keeping things ticking over.
When you buy the Zoom block you will automatically receive access to the recordings. That means if you miss a session on Zoom, you still have a couple of weeks to do it in your own time.
We are keeping this flexible for this block – no pun intended. After the recent heatwave, we are ready to dial things back and do a chilled session so we don’t overdo things in the heat.
If any other tweaks for summer would be handy, let me know – I happy to do whatever I can to make these sessions work for you. General feedback is also always welcomed!
The Movement and Maintenance Series runs from 20th July to 24th August
The 6-class series Zoom block is £30 – this includes access to the class recordings too.
The recordings block is £18.
Individual classes are £5 to join on Zoom or you can get the recordings on Patreon after each class.

Keighley Festival of Sports
On Sunday 26th July Yoga Movement Massage is offering a FREE Social Run, Drills and Yoga for Runners session at Cliffe Castle as part of Keighley Festival of Sports.
Meeting point: Outside the cafe at Cliffe Castle
Time: 9:30am | Duration: 60-75 minutes
Who: Anyone is welcome
What: The session will start with a jog and mobility drills to warm up. This will be followed by a social run (approx 10 min mile pace) for 20-25 minutes. To end we’ll do a 15-20 minutes of yoga session designed for runners.
