New 6-Week Focus and Flow – Yoga for Runners Series

Our new 6-week series starts on Monday 1st June.

Each class in this series combines a specific focus / target area that is key to our running, with a more general whole-body yoga flow. Making sure we give some extra care and attention to the bits that do the hard work, but also having a weekly full-body check in.

The target areas are: Glutes and Hips | Lower Back | Quads, Hammies and Knees | Upper Back and Shoulders | Ankles and Calves | Twists and Side Body

The Focus and Flow Series runs from 1st June to 6th July

The 6-class series Zoom block is £30 or recordings block is £18.

Individual classes are £5 to join on Zoom or you can get the recordings on Patreon after each class.

Functional Yoga for Active Bodies

There might be some disruption to the classes due to the world cup. Please keep an eye on the class calendar and check socials.

Yoga Busking is back!

The bank holiday saw our first pop up class in the park. These are going to be informal, free/optional donation, pop-up classes.

Keep an eye on Facebook and Bluesky for where and when they’ll take place.
