Weekly Update – 8th August 2023

After racing in the wind and rain in Wales at the weekend, a relaxed hips and quads class was the antidote I needed. Thanks for joining me, if you came along to Monday’s class – I hope you are feeling pleasantly uncrumpled and destressed too. Sunday Stretch – 45 minute Recorded Class – 13th August

This 45-minute recorded class is going to be head-to-toe tension release. We’ll start at the top and work down, stretching out the kinks and knots as we go.

The link will be emailed at 10am on Sunday 13th August if you sign up before or as soon as possible when you purchase the class if you sign up after. Please note, this is not an automated process, but I will try to get the link to you as quickly as possible.

Monday 14th August – 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Strength & Stretch Flow

This week’s class will have a bit of a flow to it. We’ll move between stronger poses to challenge our balance and build strength and stamina and we’ll flow and move to help work through tightness and restrictions to restore full range of movement.

The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class.
