Following on from the changes to how class sign up works, I just wanted to make sure you are getting the information you want about upcoming classes. You can pick up the information form social media or the website or if you would prefer to continue to have the class information emailed out that’s still an option too.

Upcoming Classes:

Sunday Stretch – 45 minute Recorded Class – 11th June

It’s a busy time of year with racing, training, social stuff, holidays, etc, so for the next few weeks our Sunday Stretch class will be recorded. The plan is to record on Thursdays, so it should be available from Friday onwards.

Monday 12th June – 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Lower Legs, Ankles & Feet

Our Monday class this week will focus on the lower legs, ankle and feet. There will be lots of juicy calf stretches, we’ll work on ankle mobility and stability and we’ll give some much-needed care and attention to our hard working and often neglected feet.
