Hips – Mobility, flexibily, stability & tension release
This session will focus on the hips – moving them in every direction and finding our full range of movement. We will rotate, flex, extend, adduct and abduct. We’ll tackle the tricky psoas – releasing through the hip flexors and get some bonus lower back release too.
