I’m currently running a weekly class in the park (at Kirkstall Abbey), but I’m aware that I’m not even reaching folks from the Swinnow and Otley classes. I think there are also more people are in need of a bit a yoga as tighness has set in from training and working from home.
Here is the plan –
Outdoor group yoga sessions
Where: You select an appropriate and convenient outdoor space and I will meet you there and deliver a session.
Number of participants: Maximum 5 people – training groups, friends or family – all welcome
Session Length: Sessions can be either 45 minutes or 1 hour
Working on what you need: The session will be tailored to your needs – let me know what you want to work on and I’ll plan around that.
Here are a few ideas/suggestions: hips, hamstrings, back & shoulders, S&C, recovery, beginners/intro to yoga, balance, flow.
When: Sessions can be delivered anytime – during the day or evening and at weekends
Cost: Session are £25-£40 (this will depend on length of class and location – distance to travel)
Equipment: Unfortunately I cannot provide equipment at the moment for safety reasons. If you don’t own a yoga mat a large towel will work.
