This week we will split the class into two styles of yoga  – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

The class will begin with an active flow practice working on activating the muscles, stimulating blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.  In the second half of the class will be working at a slower pace, holding poses passively and for longer, working to release tightness and tension in the muscles, connective tissues and joints.
