It is lovely to see people enjoying the Monday class! There is a nice mix of people coming along to give it try for the first time and regulars that are starting to really notice the benefits to their running.
Next week the Monday class will be a constantly moving/flowing class to build heat, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as improving focus.
This is quite a strenuous class, but you still don’t need to have any previous yoga experience.
