Yoga for Runners Online

Zoom (online) – Monday evenings, 7:00-7:45pm  

This class is designed for runners, athletes and active people to support their training, racing and sporting activities.

Different styles of yoga and movement are used to provide strength and conditioning, release tension, maintain and improve joint mobility and aid recovery.

The aim of these sessions is to offer prehab and help you to be proactive about body maintenance to keep injuries and niggles at bay.

The Yoga for Runners Online Classes offer clear instructions that don’t require a knowledge of yoga poses and instead guides you into poses and through movements using anatomy, direction and function.

The class is suitable for beginners and yoga regulars.

There are always options offered to adapt or advance poses and you are encouraged to adjust to what your body can do and what you feel is beneficial.

There is usually a theme for the month and there is often variation in target areas that the class will focus on each week. 

I try to keep an eye on the race calendar and consider training, racing and time of year to provide classes that support your running.

This class is recorded. If you can’t attend the Zoom session or just want to do it at a different time you can buy the recording.

45-minute classes are £5

Class recordings are £3 (available for 7 days after the class)
