Recorded Stretch / Recovery Sessions
Two new 45-minute recorded classes are available each month.
These session are all about recovery, tension release and relaxation. Designed to tackle stiffness, tension and tightness from training and racing. Perfect for active recovery or when you need an easy day, but still want to move.
Note: These classes are pre-recorded so you can do them whenever suits you
How it works: At the beginning of each month, two new 45-minute recorded sessions will be available in the shop as Month – Stretch & Recovery.
When you pick up the current month’s Stretch & Recovery, you’ll be sent a YouTube playlist link that has the two recordings in it.
Alternatively, you can subscribe to Patreon to get the classes. This way you get a new class every couple of weeks and have access to all the previous sessions too. Check out the Patreon Page here – you can do a free trail to see what this looks like.
The sessions are available for the whole month to do whenever you like and revisit as many time as you like.
