Oxenhope – Feel Good Friday Yoga

When: Fridays – 2-2:45pm

About the Class: This is a relaxed, informal 45-minute class to help you unwind at the end of the week.

Rachel uses a variety yoga styles to encourage you to move in a way that works for your body and focus on how things feel rather than how they look.

Is it Suitable for Beginners: You don’t need to have done yoga before or be flexible to come along. Instructions are clear and don’t require a knowledge of the names of yoga poses.

The class involves standing, sitting & lying poses. Ways to adapt poses and alternative movements are offered, but if you have very limited mobility, the class might not be suitable.

Equipment: You can bring your own mat if you have one. We have mats and equipment available that you are welcome to borrow.

Booking on to the Class: Please click on the calendar, select the date you wish to attend and complete the sign up form.

This a small relaxed class. A minimum of 4 sign ups are required for the class to go ahead.

Cost: £7.50 per class (pay by cash or card at the class)

Class cancellation: Please get in touch as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend.

If there are less than 4 signed up by 9am on the day of the class, the class will be cancelled and you will be contacted using the phone number or email you provide on the sign up form
