Morning Yoga (online) – Friday mornings, 7 ’til 7:30am
Start your day with a yoga practice that gently awakens the body. This class focuses on easy, mindful movement to help release stiffness, mobilise the joints, and prepare you for the day ahead.
Morning Yoga can offer relief to that feeling of cronkiness that is so common among runners and athletes. It is also beneficial to get some early morning movement in if you have a sedentary job and won’t be moving much during the day.
