Monthly Otley Class

2nd Wednesday of the month – Otley Scout Hut – 6:00 ’til 7:00pm

60-minute class covering a mix of strength/stability, mobility/range of movement and tension release. 

Designed to be an all round class to support running, training and racing – although it’s planned with runners in mind, anyone is welcome and can benefit from the session.

The Monthly Otley Classes offer clear instructions that don’t require a knowledge of yoga poses and instead guides you into poses and through movements using anatomy, direction and function.

The class is suitable for beginners and yoga regulars.

There are always options offered to adapt or advance poses and you are encouraged to adjust to what your body can do and what you feel is beneficial.

Blocks & Straps provided – please bring your own mat (if you need to borrow one, please let me know)
