October seems to have flown by and in the last week or so, it’s got so much more cold and damp. Even though the weather has more character and it’s darker, I think there’s still lots of fun to be had. It’s a good time to do a little more indoor training and maintenance – I’ve made sure the class plans work with the demands the change of season put on our bodies. I do love getting out with my headtorch on and for now at least, splashing around in the mud feels fun.
A couple of weeks ago, I passed my UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness assessment which means I am officially a licenced Running Coach.
My coaching is mainly with Pudsey & Bramley AC at the moment, but I am working with a couple of athletes too. I don’t have a suite of plans or packages that I offer, but I’m happy to have a chat with anyone wanting support, advice or coaching – just drop me a message at yoga.movement.massage@gmail.com

Yoga for Runners – Online – Mondays 7-7:30pm
Our November classes are focusing on full-body maintenance. The colder, wetter weather can have a big impact on posture and how/where we hold tension. With this full-body approach, we’re making sure we address issues arise from work, daily activities, exercise and training through late Autumn and moving into winter.
There’s a different focus each week to give a well-rounded approach to maintenance and self-care.

Morning Yoga – Online – Wednesdays 7-7:30am
Our Wednesday morning class is an ideal way to add a little stretch and mobility into your week without having to commit too much time. This short morning class offers a gentle way to get moving and stretching for half an hour before work

Feel Good Friday Yoga – Oxenhope – 4:30-5:15pm

Functional Yoga for Active Bodies – Heptonstall – Wednesdays – 7-8pm
Please note – there isn’t a class on the 12th November due to a prior booking at the venue
