There are exciting changes at Yoga Movement Massage / Yoga for Runners.
I will be working on a new project with British Triathlon and Active Bradford that aims to inspire children, families, and communities across Bradford to get active through swimming, cycling, and running. Click the link below to find out more (especially if you are based in or near Bradford).
There will continue to be regular classes, but I have made some slight changes to the Worth Valley in-person classes and would appreciate your input regarding the start time of the Monday online class.
Following a taster session in Heptonstall at the end of September, there will be a new regular class at the Social and Bowling Club.
Workshops and events will keep popping up and massage appointments are still available at Elite Physio (Cottingley) as well as mobile appointments.
Yoga for Runners
Our October Monday night Yoga for Runners sessions will have a different target area each week. These will be hips, thighs and back. There be a mix of mobility, flexibility and S&C in each class to keep these key focus areas moving well.

Monday Yoga for Runners Class Times
Our online Zoom class is currently 7:30-8:15pm.
Due to some changes we have a option to change this – I know 7:30 is too late for quite a few people and that 6:30 is too early for others. I think it makes sense to start at 7:00pm, but it would be useful to know what the preferred start time would be so I can make sure this class is on at the most convenient time.

Wednesday Morning Online Class
Our Wednesday morning class is an ideal way to add a little stretch and mobility into your week without having to commit too much time. This short morning class offers a gentle way to get moving and stretching for half an hour before work

Feel Good Friday Yoga – Oxenhope
~ New Oxenhope Class ~
We have a new class that is bringing together the two Worth Valley classes. The location and time of the Monday night Yoga for Runners class wasn’t working and the Friday Yoga Busker class needed an indoor space for the Autumn and Winter, so we’ll be in the Cricket Pavilion in Oxenhope from Friday 26th September – click on the image below for full details and to sign up.

Functional Yoga for Active Bodies – Heptonstall
~ New Heptonstall Class ~
Functional Flow blends different styles of yoga, dynamic movement and takes inspiration from Pilates and rehab exercise to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
The emphasis is on real-world movement without jargon or dogma. Just mindful, intelligent sequences that build strength, flexibility and awareness.
Sessions will run on Wednesdays from the 15th October, but the first couple (25/9 and 2/10) are on Thursdays.
