Hi Folks,

The ball is rolling with lots of new ideas. Just one small addition for the start of May, but there’ll be updates shared on the website and social media as things are confirmed throughout the month.

The main new YfR goodness:

Yoga in the Park – These are pop up sessions when the weather is good. The easiest way to keep track and see where session are is to follow The Yoga Busker on Bluesky. I will also repost on Twitter and Facebook too. These are casual / relaxed pay as you feel sessions. Anyone is welcome.

Wednesday Morning Online Class – In addition to the Monday Zoom session, there will be another one on Wednesday mornings from 7-7:30am. This class will focus on mobility and movement so you should feel awake and less cronky by the end.

Class updates for May

Monday evening Zoom classes 6:30-7:30 on Zoom or recorded – The theme for this month’s Monday Zoom sessions is Mobility – Stability – Strength

We will have classes on the bank holiday Mondays as usual.

In June the Monday session will change to 45 minutes – this give us a bit of extra time to play out and will hopefully fit in a little better with our busy lives.

Stretch & Recovery – 2 new recorded sessions to aid recovery. When you sign up you be sent the sessions via a YouTube playlist link. You have access for the month and have them ready there ready for whenever you need an active recovery or rest day.

Otley Class

The next Otley class is on Wednesday 14th May 6-7pm – Please share with friends and clubmates.

Massage updates for May

You can now book in for a massage treatment with me at Elite Physio in Cottingley on Wednesday evenings (3:30-7:30). You can book through Elite or contact me.
