April Core & Stretch Block – Our April Zoom Classes are going to be peppered with short blasts of core strength/stability and bigger chunks of stretch and release. This idea being that at lot of folks are doing longer stuff at this time of year, so will benefit from the active recovery, but if you’re doing longer stuff you need that core to maintain good form when you feel fatigued.
Please note there’s a break in the April sessions for Easter weekend, so there will not be a Zoom class on the 21st April. If the weather is good, I’ll organise a park session. This will be posted on here and on the various YfR socials.

We’re back in Otley on the 9th April for our monthly class. This is an all-round session to support your running with a mix of joint mobility, tension release and strengthening poses / movements.
If aches, pains and tightness are setting in. There’ll be 2 new stretch and recovery sessions available from the 1st April.
Sometimes, we need an extra helping hand when we feel overly stiff or niggles start to set in. If that’s the case, I have evening availability for mobile sports massage throughout April and will be based at Elite Physio in Cottingley on Wednesday evenings too.
