There are snowdrops aplenty, the crocuses are peeking out and soon there’ll be lambs everywhere.
As we spring into spring that means marathons, 3 Peaks, Haworth Hobble, more racing potential and the fell championships getting underway.
As things ramp up we’ll be a little tired and sore at the Monday classes, so our sessions for March will be a bit more chilled. We’ll aim to look after the joints, aid recovery and use a little movement (flow) to maintain stability without too much intensity.
Our Zoom Sessions for this month will look after the whole body rather than target areas and they’ll have a mix of flow and relaxation.

We’re back in Otley on the 12th March for our monthly class. This will be a rounded session to support your running with an mix of tension release and strengthening poses / movements. Before the session starts I’ll check in to see if there are any requests, niggles or requirements and make sure the class includes what you need.
