This month’s playlist will have a extra session as our Zoom classes only run up to the 16th December before taking a break for the festive period.
Session 1 – Stretch & Recovery – A chilled gentle class to release tightness, aid recovery and relax. Designed to help you recovery from festive racing and escape the stress of the holidays.
Session 2 – For Digestion – Another chilled session with a focus on poses that offer recovery from over-indulgence. There’ll be lots of twists and folds to shake of the post-feast sluggishness.
Session 3 – A little more active to get the body moving and give an energy boost. It’ll also release tightness in the hips flexors which might get a little locked up from sitting or moving less than usual.
