
For the next block of sessions I have thought about the challenging weather and how hectic the holidays can be with family and social obligations. The focus for December is self care, stress relief and recovery. We’ll make sure the cold hasn’t tightened our bodies in knots (or attempt to undo the knots) and ease stress that can manifest as fatigue and make running more challenging. We will stretch and chill, taking things a little more slowly each week until we grind to a halt and lie like broccoli.
There will be 3 sessions this month, then we’ll take a break before returning in the new year.
