As Autumn approaches our Monday evening Zoom classes are going to include a little more strength and stability, while still retaining lots of stretch and release. As mid-week racing has wound down and things are possibly a little less hectic and the prospect of the XC season is just around the corner, it’s a good time to add more strength work back into our sessions.
There are 5 Monday’s in September, so if you’re picking up the full block, this will include 5 classes, rather than 4.
In each of the first 4 sessions we’ll do 10 minutes of strengthening poses/movements on the target area, 20-minutes of stretch/release, then repeat. In the final session we’ll do a half and half (Yin / Yang) class spending the first half on the stronger stuff, then the second on super chilled deep tension release.
