Holiday-time is here for me – I am very much looking forward to escaping up to Scotland for the end of May/beginning of June. I don’t know where May went. It was like I blinked and the lambs were big and all the trees were suddenly so full and green.
It’ll be a much need break from being busy and doing all the time. I expect it will most likely mean that my communication is a little slower than usual and that links might not be sent so promptly – apologies in advance.
There won’t be a zoom class on Monday 27th, but I have prepped a couple of Stretch/Recovery classes ready for the 26th May and 2nd June. They are in the SumUp shop – here – ready to go.
Monthly Otley Class
You may have spotted from the previous post that there isn’t a June class as there are wonderful mid-week races on the first and second Wednesday of the month. The next Otley Class is on Wednesday 3rd July, 6:00-7:00pm – Otley Scout Hut, Burras Lane.
This class will work on strength/stability, mobility/range of movement and tension release. There isn’t a session in June due to the Otley Chevin Fell Race and Otley 10 being on the first couple of Wednesdays.

Online Zoom Classes
Back to the usual 4 sessions this month (Monday 4th, 11th, 18th and 24th June) – You’re welcome to dip in or join for the full block.

If you can’t make the Monday zoom session or just prefer to do the class at a different time, you can pick up the recording of the class.
Stretch / Recovery Classes – Links are added here each week.
Weekly recorded Stretch/Recovery classes are released on Sunday mornings and available for 7-days.
You can get these week by week or grab the block to get sent them each weekend throughout June.
These sessions are great as active recovery after a long run, to do during the week if you’re feeling stiff or tired or to help relieve tightness.
Blocks
If you’re planning on coming to a class every week or need that extra push to keep you motivated, you can pick up the classes as a block.
June – Maintenance – Zoom Block – You’ll be sent the Zoom link each week or if you can’t make it, I’ll send the link to the recording after the class. The block includes access to four 60-minute Zoom classes.
June – Class Recordings – Maintenance Block – Recordings will be sent out each week after the zoom session and will be available for 7 days. The block includes four 60-minute sessions
June Stretch & Recovery Block – The link to recorded classes will be sent by 10am on Sunday morning and will be available for 7 days. The block includes four 45-minute sessions.
There will be 5 Recorded Stretch / Recovery sessions – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th June.
