It’s come around again. The Otley class is next week on Wednesday 6th December. All the details are here:
Wednesday 6th December, 6:00-7:00pm – Otley Scout Hut, Burras Lane.
This 60-minute class will be a mix of strength/stability, mobility/range of movement and tension release. Designed to be an all round class to support running, training and racing – although it’s planned with runners in mind, anyone is welcome and can benefit from the session.

Sunday Stretch – Recorded Class – Relax & De-Stress

45-minutes – Relax & De-Stress Class
Continuing with the same theme of de-stressing and relaxing over the next few weeks as we approach the holidays.
Monday 4th December, 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Core & Recovery
This week we’ll have a bit of yin / yang style class. Stronger in the first half focusing on core strength – working the front, back and sides of the torso, then a gentle, relaxed, stretchy second half.
The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class
If you can’t make the Zoom classes, you can pick up the recordings instead.
