Weekly Update 14/11/23

This week we have an extra-supportive Sunday Stretch to aid recovery for anyone doing big races at the weekend. Monday’s class will have short bursts of glute engagement/strengthening mixed in with twists and stretches to ease tension in the lower back.

Online Classes

Sunday Stretch – Recorded Class – Restorative / Recovery YIN

Available from 10am on Sunday 19th November

45-minutes – Restorative/Recovery Yin Class

It’s a big racing weekend with Tour of Pendle, XC and the Kong MMM, so I thought it would be helpful to have an extra juicy recovery session for our battered bodies.

I’ll try to get this recorded on Saturday, so you can pick it up early if you need help recovering sooner rather than later.

Monday 20th November, 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Glutes & Lower Back

This week we’ll switch between poses to engage/activate the glutes and stretches/movements to release tension in the lower back. The glutes can be lazy and make the lower back do their work, so it’s good to wake up the glutes and de-stress the lower back in one session.

The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class
