Weekly Update 9/11/23

It was great to be teaching in-person at the Scout Hut in Otley last night – a big thank you if you came along! The next one in on Wednesday 6th December, then they will continue on the first Wednesday of each month after that.

Online Classes

Sunday Stretch – Recorded Class

Available from 10am on Sunday 12th November

45-minutes class – A relaxed class to release tension. We’ll take a bit more time in this class to tackle tightness in the shoulders and hips.

Monday 13th November, 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Slow Flow

This week we’ll use active and passive stretching, movement and stillness to release tension and tackle that feeling of stiffness that we can feel when the colder, wetter weather sets in.

The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class

If you can’t make the Zoom classes, you can pick up the recordings instead.

Otley Class

Wednesday 6th December, 6:00-7:00pm – Otley Scout Hut, Burras Lane.

This 60-minute class will be a mix of strength/stability, mobility/range of movement and tension release.  Designed to be an all round class to support running, training and racing – although it’s planned with runners in mind, anyone is welcome and can benefit from the session.
