Weekly Update 2/11/23

I can’t believe how quickly the Otley Class has come around. I’m really excited to get back to the Scout Hut and do a real-life / in-person class. Regulars and newcomers welcome. Details and sign-up below –

Otley Classes

Wednesday 8th November, 6:00-7:00pm – Otley Scout Hut, Burras Lane.

This 60-minute class will be a mix of strength/stability, mobility/range of movement and tension release.  Designed to be an all round class to support running, training and racing – although it’s planned with runners in mind, anyone is welcome and can benefit from the session.

Online Classes

Sunday Stretch – Zoom – Sunday 5th November – 5:00-5:45pm

45-minutes class – A relaxed class to release tension. We’ll take a bit more time in this class to tackle tightness in the shoulders and hips.

Monday 6th November, 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Stretch & Tension Release

This week we’ll use active and passive stretching, movement and stillness to release tension and tackle that feeling of stiffness that we can feel when the colder, wetter weather sets in.

The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class
