Sunday Stretch – Recorded Class – Sunday 29nd October – available from 10am
45-minutes class – We’ll be targeting the QL / Lower back this week. This area can over work and tighten up when the hamstrings/glutes fatigue or don’t fire in the right order.
There will be a zoom class on the 5th November – Most people seem to prefer the Sunday class recorded, but I know that a few like to join on zoom too – I’m going to give the zoom session one last bash, but may return to just offering this as a recorded class. Sorry to flip-flop on this, it’s been trickier than expected to get this one right.
Monday 30th October, 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Whole Body / Strength & Stretch
There’ll be a bit of everything in this class. We’ll be taking time to get stabilising muscles fired up and lengthen out tight muscles too – Using a mix of movement and stillness to strengthen up and stretch out.
The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class
If you can’t make the Zoom classes, you can pick up the recording instead.
Monday’s class will be available from 8:30pm on 30/10/23.
Please note that recorded classes are available for 7 days – the date that access expires will be on the confirmation email with the video link.
Otley Classes
The first class back at Otley Scout Hut will be on the 8th November at 6pm.
Our monthly Otley Class will offer a bit of everything – This 60-minute class will be a mix of strength/stability, mobility/range of movement and tension release. Designed to be an all round class to support running, training and racing – although it’s planned with runners in mind, anyone is welcome and can benefit from the session.
