Weekly Update 17th October

Hello,

I just wanted to start with an apology, if you signed up for Monday’s class on Zoom or wanted to get the recording. Normal service is restored and classes are set to go ahead on Sunday and Monday.

I’m going to try Sunday Stretch on Zoom again. That’ll be at 5:00pm this Sunday (22nd). It should be a nice recovery for anyone heading to the Fell Relays on Saturday.

I’ve also been in touch with Otley Scout Hut about doing a monthly class. I’ll update you once I hear back.

Fingers are firmly crossed that both of these work out.

Upcoming Classes

Sunday Stretch – Zoom Class – Sunday 22nd October – 5:00-5:45pm

45-minutes of stretchy goodness to finish the weekend. This class is designed to aid recovery and release tension, but it’s also great if you just want to relax and de-stress.

Mobility/Stability/Stretch – Zoom Class – Monday 23rd October – 6:30-7:30pm

This session is going to be broken down into 3, 20-minute sections:
1) Mobilisation & Engagement – getting things moving and switched on.
2) Strength & Stability – firing up the core & glutes.
3) Stretch & Relax – releasing tension and unwinding to finish the class.

Class Recordings

If you can’t make the Zoom classes, you can pick up the recording instead.

Sunday Stretch will be available from 6:30pm on 22/10/23 and Monday’s class will be available from 8:30pm on 23/10/23.

Please note that recorded classes are available for 7 days – the date that access expires will be on the confirmation email with the video link.
