Next Monday will be our penultimate XC prep class – this one will be a flow session combining core & glute strength, balance and stamina. We should get a little warm as the weather is cooling and get a decent S&C yoga session to set us up for the week and the upcoming XC season.
I’m not able to do a live Sunday Stretch this week, so a recorded session will be available. It would be good to know how much interest there is in a live Sunday class and if 5pm is still a good time for people. I really like to catch up and do yoga with you, but if the Zoom class doesn’t work that’s useful to know.
Upcoming Classes
Sunday Stretch – Recorded Class – Sunday 24th September – available from 10am
This is a 45-minute will use movement and stillness to tackle problem tight spots. We’ll take a few breaths moving around to find and ease tension, then we’ll pause, relax and deepen the stretch to release a little more.
Strength & Stamina Flow – Live Zoom Class – Monday 25th September – 6:30pm
Focusing on balance and stability to help us prepare for the XC season. This week’s class will work on balance and glutes – it’ll be a dynamic class, using movement to engage our stabilising muscles and get the glutes firing up.
