It feels like Autumn is fast approaching. Cross country season is just around the corner and hectic summer schedule is beginning to calm down. With this in mind, the next few Monday classes with focus on balance and stability in preparation for the XC season.
Live Sunday Stretch classes will resume too. I’ll keep you posted on the dates for these – in September we’ll have a zoom class on the 17th & 24th at 5:00pm and the 10th will be a recorded class.

Upcoming Class
Sunday Stretch – Recording Class – Sunday 10th September
This is a 45-minute flow class. Using easy/gentle movement to ease out tension and reduce stiffness in the joints. The class will be available from 10:00am on Sunday 10th Sept – You will have access to the recording for 7-days.
Balance & Core – Live Zoom Class – Monday11th September – 6:30pm
The next few classes will focus on balance and stability to help us prepare for the XC season. This week’s class will work on balance and core – it’ll be a dynamic class, using movement to engage our stabilising muscles and strength the front and back of the body.
