Good morning, I hope you had a lovely bank holiday weekend!
Here are the details of Monday’s class and the new Full Body Stretch – 60-minute Zoom Class – Monday 4th September, 6:30pmThe focus this class is tension release. We’ll be using both movement and stillness to lengthen shortened, tight muscles, to unstick the layers of tissue and to ease stiffness in the joints. If you can’t make it to the Zoom class, you can pick up the Class Recording – it takes a couple of hours for this to download/edit. If you buy a class recording it should be with you by 9:30pm.
My motivations for having a stretchy/tension release class are a little selfish, as I’m racing the Ben Nevis Race on Saturday and fear that I won’t be able to do a stronger class. After this our classes will help us prepare for the XC season. Over the coming weeks we’ll focus on balance & stability, ankles (strength & mobility), core and glutes.
