Weekly Update 11/7/23

Thank you to everyone who joined for last night’s Whole Body – Strength & Stretch Class, It’s lovely to spend an hour yoga-ing with you after a week off. The recording of the class is still available if you fancy a bit of an all round yoga fix – You can pick it up here

While summer racing, holidays and the generally busy nature of this time of year are upon us, the Sunday class will continue to be pre-recorded rather than on Zoom. The live Sunday class will resume after the summer holidays.

Monday 17th July – 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Yin / Yang

A class of two halves this week.

We’ll begin with 30-minutes of stronger more energetic poses – including some postures/movements to challenge our balance and definitely a little core and glutes. Then we’ll switch to some more relaxed, stretchy poses and release tension and tightness in the muscles.

The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class and sign up will close at 6:15pm.
