Holiday Playlist
I’m away next week, so have a recorded a playlist of four short (20-ish minute classes) that are a bit different, but as always provide a mix of tension release, mobilisation of the joints and engagement of the muscles that support them.

The playlist will be ready on Thursday 29th June. If you sign up before, it’ll be sent out as soon as it’s ready – after that you will get the playlist link in the confirmation email.

Classes with resume on Monday 10th July with an all-round class to work the whole body – stretching out and strengthening up.
Monday 10th July – 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Whole Body/Strength & Stretch
