We are targeting the upper legs this week. Working on strengthening and releasing tightness in the quadriceps and hamstring muscles. I think we as runners we can sometimes do lots of things to make our quads stronger, like squats and lunges and lots to stretch the hamstrings. We will do these things in this class, but we’ll also flip that around and make sure we have stability in the hamstrings and stretch out the quads too.
The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class and sign up will close at 6:15pm.
