Weekly Update – 13th June

Thank you to everyone who joined for last night’s class focusing on the calves, ankles & feet. I am always surprised by how tight different parts of my feet and ankles are and the very noticeable difference between left and right. The recording of the class is still available if your lower legs need a bit of TLC – You can pick it up here

Upcoming Classes:

Sunday Stretch – 45 minute Recorded Class – 18th June

It’s a busy time of year with racing, training, social stuff, holidays, etc, so for the next few weeks our Sunday Stretch class will be recorded. The plan is to record on Thursdays, so it should be available from Friday onwards.

Sign up here – for this recorded Sunday Stretch

Monday 19th June – 6:30-7:30pm – Zoom – Shoulders, Back & Core

After working on the lower legs, feet and ankles last week, we’ll target the shoulders, back and core in this class. Our posture and position of the upper body can make a big difference to how we run and walk, the drive we have in our legs and how efficient we are. Often our back muscles do the work the glutes are supposed to do and we expend energy by carrying tension in our shoulders.

This class will provide a mix of core stability poses and movements/postures for releasing tightness and tension in the shoulders and back.

The zoom link will be sent out 30 minutes before the class and sign up will close at 6:15pm.

You can sign up to join us on Zoom and/or have the recording

If you would like to receive the class information via email, please complete this form and I’ll add you to the mailing list.

Take care,

Rachel
