It’s set to be a glorious and possibly quite busy weekend. With that in mind our Sunday Stretch Class is recorded and ready to go, so you can do it at whenever time work for you. Monday’s class will go ahead on zoom as usual at 6:30pm.
Sunday Stretch
Sunday 28th May, anytime, pre-recorded class
45 minutes of stretchy, relaxing goodness to give some relief to aching, tight muscles. Perfect if you’ve been racing, training, had a busy weekend or if you just want to end the weekend with a stretch and wind down time.
You’ll need a belt or strap for this class. We’ll be using that to help stretch out the kinks and tight spots.

Bank Holiday Monday WInd Down
Monday 29th May, 6:30 – 7:30pm, Zoom
We’ll start with some stronger more energetic poses & flow for strength and stability. Throughout the class we will wind down, move more slowly and finish off with tension release and relaxation
