We’re back to a live class on Zoom for our Sunday Stretch this week. I think I’ll be in need of some stretchy down time after racing around Calderdale Way Relay providing logistical support, cake and running a leg. I can already sense the potential for lefts and rights and the names of body parts to get jumbled.
Sunday Stretch
Sunday 21st May, 5:00 – 5:45pm, Zoom
45 minutes of stretchy, relaxing goodness to give some relief to aching, tight muscles. Perfect if you’ve been racing, training, had a busy weekend or if you just want to end the weekend with a stretch and wind down time.
It’ll be a bit of wiggle and flow this week – using movement to ease out tension.

Whole Body Flow
Monday 22nd May, 6:30 – 7:30pm, Zoom
Another whole body class this week. This week we’ll flow between poses to both work on balance &stability and stretch as we move.
