Good Luck if you’re racing Leeds Marathon or Half this weekend or if you’re Lake District bound for the 2nd race of the English Fell Championships. These two racing biggies have influenced the plan for Sunday Stretch. It’s always a stretchy chilled class, but this week will be even more restorative, using yin poses to kick start recovery.

It’s a pre-recorded class this week. To sign up just pop along the the YfR shop – this is new. I’m testing it out so please bear with me.

Yin/Yang – Strength & Tension Release
Monday 15th May, 6:30 – 7:30pm, Zoom
A whole body class this week to make sure we’re not neglecting anything.
A slightly different approach to our usual half S&C, then half stretch & relax. This week we’ll do a couple of stronger pose or a short flow on a target area, then a yin pose to stretch out and work our way around the body.
