Sunday Stretch
Sunday 7th May, 5:00 – 5:45pm, Zoom
45 minutes of stretchy, relaxing goodness to give some relief to aching, tight muscles. Perfect if you’ve been racing, training, had a busy weekend or if you just want to end the weekend with a stretch and wind down time.
It’ll be a bit of wiggle and flow this week – using movement to ease out tension.

Requests Class #2
Monday 8th May, 6:30 – 7:30pm, Zoom
It was a fun challenge planning the last class around requests and forced me to be more creative when putting it together. It’s good for our minds and bodies to break routine and habit and to move in less familiar patterns. So, inspired by the process and keen to make the class work for how you feel/what you need – please pop any requests on the form.
