Classes are going ahead a normal over the bank holiday weekend. As the majority of Mondays in May are bank holidays we will go ahead a normal for a least a couple of them.

Sunday Stretch
Sunday 30th April, 5:00 – 5:45pm, Zoom
45 minutes of stretchy, relaxing goodness to give some relief to aching, tight muscles. Perfect if you’ve been racing, marathon training, had a busy weekend or if you just want to end the weekend with a stretch and wind down time.
We’ll do a few yin poses this week and have an even more gentle restorative focus – especially for anyone in need of 3Peaks recovery.

Requests Class
Monday 1st May, 6:30 – 7:30pm, Zoom
Over to you this week. I very much subscribe to the the train/run to how you feel methodology. With that in mind and life/running getting busier as the weather improves and the racing calendar fills up, it would be great to know what you’d like to do/what you feel would be beneficial/what would be helpful.
