45 minutes of stretchy, relaxing goodness to give some relief to aching, tight muscles. Perfect if you’ve been racing, marathon training, had a busy weekend or if you just want to end the weekend with a stretch and wind down time.

Hips, Back & Shoulders
Monday 24th April, 6:30 – 7:30pm, Zoom
Still focusing on spring marathons, 3Peaks and the upcoming bounty of midweek races.
This week we will continue working on posture and alignment. We will also be tackling common problem areas that can cause issues when running (or because of it) and in everyday life – particularly for those stuck at a desk all day.
