There won’t be a Sunday or Monday Class over the Easter weekend.
If you have time off, I hope you have a lovely break, get out in the sunshine and if you’re lucky, spy some wonderful spring wildlife. As I haven’t been able to run for the past week, my new obsession is walking to find new breeds of lamb in the local area – I’ve found lots of Texel, some Badger Faces and today a family of Jacobs – still eager to see some fresh Herdwicks and Swaledales.

Classes will resume with Sunday Stretch on the 16th and Monday’s – Core & Stretch – on the 17th – Details below:
Sunday Stretch
Sunday 16th April, 5:30 – 6:15pm, Zoom
45 minutes of stretchy, relaxing goodness to give some relief to aching, tight muscles. Perfect if you’ve been racing, marathon training, had a busy weekend or if you just want to end the weekend with a stretch and wind down time.
Sign up / payment links are on the form (£4 single class or £15 block of 4 classes):

Core & Stretch
Monday 17th April, 6:30 – 7:30pm, Zoom
Spring marathons, 3Peaks and the bounty of races are at the front of my mind and driving the class content for the next few Monday classes.
For long runs/races, good form is key to carry you through the final few fatigued miles. In this class we’ll focus on form/posture, supporting that with a switched on core and addressing tightness that might restrict or impede stride, movement.
