Welcome to our new YfR Sunday Stretch Class.
This is a relaxed class to help with recovery from the weekend’s efforts, whether that’s training or racing or being out and about or if you just want some quiet time to yourself before the weekend is over.
The class is designed for active recovery with runners in mind, but you don’t have to be a runner to join. It’s suitable for yoga newbies, inflexible folks and yoga regulars who want to relax and stretch.

Monday – Psoas, Adductors & Core
Event Timing: Monday 13/3/23, 6:30-7:30pm

Cost: £4/£15 (single class/block of 4 classes)
Sticking in the hips area for this session. We will lengthen through the psoas and adductors which can both restrict movement in the hip joint and have an impact on posture and stride length. We’ll also target the core as engaging the core takes some of the stress off the hard working psoas.
As well as aiding hip mobility, his session could help with tightness/niggles in the lower back
