The next 4 sessions will focus on Legs, Feet & Ankles.
These sessions will be on the 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th February.
We are kicking of with a Yin/Yang Class. That means the first half of the class will help build strength in our legs and the second will aim to release tension.

In the 2nd session we’ll do poses to strengthen the muscles that stabilise knee, stretch out muscles that feed into the IT Band and work on the ankles and hips – developing awareness of the relationship between the hips, knees and ankles.
