The next two classes will focus on our legs. They work so hard and take a real battering so it’s well worth taking some time to check in with some tension/tightness relief and strength & conditioning. A couple of weeks targeting the same area in different ways will help us notice any imbalances, weakness or tight spots and possibly highlight things that need a bit of extra attention before they become problematic.
On the 21st Nov we will have stretchy class, then the following week on the 28th we will work on strength and stability.
