Stretch, Strength & Balance
Prep for XC and Autumn running – Working with a mix of static and dynamic postures – we’ll work on balance & stability to help keep good form when running on uneven and/or muddy ground and we’ll also stretch out legs to so your body can handle the odd slip here and there without feeling too strained.
