Healthy Knees
As runners are prone to knee issues and couple of Monday night regulars are having some knee niggles, I though it would be good to do a class for the knees.
An important note to start – there are no knee stretches and knee stability is essential.
In this class we will address tightness in the upper legs – quads, hamstrings, adductors, hip flexors – that can pull at the knee and cause disfunction/instability. We will also strengthen glutes and areas that support good form/posture to reduce the strain on the knees.
