This week will have a bit of everything. We’ll loosen up, test our balance, release tension, build stability and relax.
Rather than try to focus on a specific area, we’ll work in broader strokes and see what we notice. When first focus a lot on one thing we can miss other stuff that’s going on, so it’s good to have a check and a test everything now and then.
