Stretch, Relax & Unwind – A class for physical & mental tension relief
Everything feel a bit full-on lately. We are at the height of summer racing with loads to choose from. Trying to make the most of the long days and good weather. A lot of us are doing big races and on top of that there is a lot of illness going around at the moment too. With all this in mind, our class will focus on self-care – we will ease out tension, take a moment to slow down and make sure everything is in order. Better to have a check-in and an MOT now than suddenly find we’ve pushed too hard and done too much.
