Legs Legs Legs – Part 2 (strength & stability)
Legs, legs, legs (and glutes) – We’ll give our legs some much needed care and attention this week – stretching out those hard working muscles, making sure things are firing up when we need them to and also trying to find the balance between stability and mobility in the joints.
In this session we will focus on the muscles major muscle groups in the legs – working to build strength, balance and stability.
